About wintercools

wintercools is an initiative of Kees Cools and Jaap Winter that wants to transform governance and leadership through research, writing and working with leaders and boards. Through this website we seek to share and debate new perspectives on corporate governance and leadership which help to make governance work and bring back passion into leadership. Our website contains the columns that we, Kees Cools and Jaap Winter, write for Het Financieele Dagblad. We invite all who are interested to contribute to the debate, to comment on our columns and to engage in the discussion. We intend to publish a book in 2009 based on our columns and the debate on the website. We will publish draft chapters of our book on the website for further comments.

You are also invited to participate in the debate by sending in your own contributions that bring new perspectives on governance and leadership for publication on wintercools. We will invite key players (leaders, board members, academics of various disciplines) to write guest columns on wintercools which are open for comments and debate as well.
